Due to the digital nature of our products and services, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on any purchases.
Digital Products
Our digital products are delivered instantly via Notion. Once you have access, you have access to the complete system. Unlike physical goods, digital products cannot be “returned.”
Personalized Strategy Service
The Personalized Strategy is a custom service that requires dedicated time and effort to create. Once you confirm your spot and payment is processed, the work begins.
- If we determine during the fit check stage that we are not the right fit for your needs, you will receive a full refund.
- Once strategy work has begun (after the fit check is confirmed), no refund will be issued, as the deliverable is being custom-built for you.
