1. Products and Services

Deep Elevia LLC sells digital educational products delivered via Notion, as well as personalized strategy services delivered as PDF documents via email. All products and services are licensed for personal, non-commercial use by the individual purchaser. You may not redistribute, resell, or share your access or deliverables with others.

2. Age Restriction

You must be at least 16 years old to use this website in the European Union (in compliance with GDPR age of consent requirements) and at least 13 years old in the United States (in compliance with COPPA). If you are under 18 years old, you may use our site with the involvement and consent of a parent or guardian. Purchases must be made by or with the consent of a parent or legal guardian if you are under 18.

3. Payments

All payments are processed securely through Stripe via Systeme.io. Prices are listed in USD. You are responsible for any applicable taxes in your jurisdiction.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds. For personalized services (such as the Personalized Strategy), once work has begun, no refund will be issued. If we determine during the fit check that we are not the right fit, a full refund will be provided. See our full Refund Policy.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, systems, templates, and materials are the intellectual property of Deep Elevia LLC. You are granted a personal license to use purchased materials. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

6. Acceptable Use

When using our website and products, you agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract content from our website
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site, our servers, or systems
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any of our digital products or templates
• Use our products to create competing products or services
• Share, redistribute, or resell any purchased materials
• Impersonate Deep Elevia or misrepresent your relationship with us

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms.

Deep Elevia LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Dispute Resolution

We want to resolve any issues quickly and fairly. If you have a dispute with us, please contact us first at support@creatorivana.com, through our contact page, or via Instagram at @creatorivana. We will make a good-faith effort to resolve the matter informally within 30 days.

If we cannot resolve a dispute informally, it shall be settled by binding arbitration administered under the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. Arbitration will be conducted on an individual basis — you agree to waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against Deep Elevia LLC.

Nothing in this section prevents you from bringing issues to the attention of applicable governmental agencies or from exercising any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
